Certified Corporate Volunteer Management Training

Description

Dual materiality is now one of the key concepts in corporate sustainability and in the new European regulatory framework. More than a legal requirement, it is a powerful tool to help companies situate themselves, get to know each other better and identify priorities for action. This intensive one-day training is designed so that managers and teams understand the concept in depth, recognize its strategic value and know how to apply it in practice - even in organizations that are not covered by the European directive (CSRD). Combining theory and practice, we will explore the legal framework, the impacts along the value chain, the competitive benefits and the steps to conduct a dual materiality assessment. The session includes analysis of real cases, sharing of experiences by a guest company and a practical exercise based on a specific case.
