Introduction
This document establishes the rules governing access to and use of the Website https://www.grace.pt/ (hereinafter the "Website"). The Site was created, belongs to and is operated by GRACE - Empresas responsáveis, a legal person of public utility, with registered office at NOW Beato, Rua da Manutenção 67, 1900-319 Lisboa, holder of the NIPC 504518330 (hereinafter referred to as "GRACE"), and its use is governed by these Terms of Use.
The Site is intended to provide the User of the Site ("User") with information on the activities carried out by GRACE and to allow members to access its reserved area.
These Terms of Use are complemented and integrated, in everything that is not provided for in this document, by the Privacy Policy, which can be consulted here.
Acceptance of the Terms of Use
The User acknowledges that by accessing, consulting and using the Site they accept these Terms of Use.
Changes to the Terms of Use
GRACE reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and with immediate effect, to change, add, update or delete, in whole or in part, these Terms of Use.
The User should periodically check the page of these Terms of Use to confirm whether any updates or changes have been made.
If you do not agree with any of the rules of use, you must not use the Site.
Site access and registration
Users can access the Site as visitors, in which case they will be able to view general information, such as information on GRACE's initiatives and events, projects developed, as well as information on its member organizations.
In order to become a Member, however, the User must first submit the admission documents to GRACE and consequently obtain GRACE's approval for their admission. Find out more about becoming a Member here.
As a Member, the User must keep the data in his/her Member Account that allows him/her to access the Site confidential and must not, in particular, disclose it to third parties or browse in conditions that allow it to be decoded and copied by third parties.
Any access to and use of the Site using Member Account data is at your sole risk.
Members can change their Personal Account details at any time in their reserved area on the Site.
Recovery of access data
If the Member forgets their access data to the Site, they must fill in the recovery form provided for this purpose, indicating their Site username or the e-mail address they provided when registering. You will then receive a message in the same e-mail account, which will redirect you to a link where you can establish a new password.
Use of the site
In general, the User must use the Site responsibly, prudently and carefully, and must not disrupt or degrade the continuity, integrity and quality of its resources and functionalities, or interfere with the rights and/or possibilities of use by third party users.
The User undertakes not to use the Site to make available or share any content that is illegal, false, misleading, threatening, malicious, abusive, defamatory, insulting, invasive of privacy, racial, ethically or morally reprehensible, harmful or offensive to the dignity of persons or harmful to minors.

The User acknowledges that the Site, its structure and layout, the selection, organization and presentation of its content are the property of GRACE or have been duly licensed to it.
The User further acknowledges that the contents of this Site (texts, images, graphics, sound and animation and all other information made available) are protected by intellectual property rights and undertakes to respect such rights.
The User is not authorized to transmit, communicate to the public, publish, make available to the public, modify, transform, copy, sell, use or distribute, in any way, the texts, images or other information contained in this Site or part of it without prior written authorization from GRACE.
The use of trademarks and logos on the Site does not grant, and cannot be construed as granting, permission to Users to use, directly or indirectly, such trademarks, logos or materials.
Personal data
Browsing this website does not necessarily require the provision of personal data.
However, if the User wishes to contact us via our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, the data provided will be processed in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy, available here, and the User agrees to the use of said data in accordance with the terms set out therein. If the User is an Associate, the processing of personal data that occurs in this context is also defined in the Privacy Policy.
Liability and guarantees
Users acknowledge that their use of the Site is at their own risk and that they are solely responsible for any damage caused to their computer system and/or equipment or for any other damage or harm, including loss or damage to data, resulting from the use of materials, content or information obtained in any way through the Site.
GRACE does not guarantee that:

Site operability
GRACE may suspend, block, interrupt or terminate access to the Site, for all or only one or more Users, in the following cases:

GRACE does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterruptedly, be free of errors or faults or that it will be available continuously.

These Terms of Use are governed by Portuguese law and, in the event of a dispute over the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use, without prejudice to the clause on out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms, the courts of the district of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction.
