Diversity, equity and inclusion workshop

The business case for companies to implement robust Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategies is growing stronger, and it is no longer enough to bet on sporadic initiatives or marketing strategies in response to this trend. As organizations navigate new ways of working together, it is imperative that leaders develop inclusive leadership behaviours to foster an environment in which people feel valued and psychologically safe. Your organization is ready to take Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) seriously. But what does that mean? And where should you start? Despite the evidence of the importance of DEI, implementation still brings several challenges. We'll address them in this workshop.

Takeaways:

Understand the concepts of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and understand the business case for creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. Understand the relevance of inclusive leadership and explore the skills and strategies to become a more inclusive leader. Know how to design a DEI strategy. Recipients: Managers involved in implementing D&I processes in companies, other interested parties.
