Webinar "The SME as a Driver of Sustainability: Material Issues and Strategic Partners"

Companies are active agents in achieving sustainability, regardless of their size and sector of activity. It is therefore up to them to manage their contribution, both from the perspective of external demands and from the point of view of internal adjustments to respond to those demands.

In its approach to sustainability, it is up to the SME:

  • Identify the sustainability topics where the company has the most impact (material, financial and non-financial issues).
  • Articulate a common path to sustainability with its key stakeholders (suppliers, major clients, financial services).

Description

O business case for companies to implement robust Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategies is increasingly strong, and it is no longer enough to rely on sporadic initiatives or marketing in response to this trend.

As organizations navigate new ways of working together, it is imperative that leaders develop inclusive leadership behaviors to foster an environment in which people feel valued and psychologically safe.

Your organization takes Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) seriously, but what does that mean? And where should you start? Despite the evidence of the importance of DEI, implementation poses several challenges. We'll address them in this workshop.
