Webinar
Employability with Impact
At a time when companies are seeking to generate value in a sustainable way and with a social impact, it is essential to rethink models of collaboration and inclusion. This webinar proposes a reflection on how the prison system can be integrated into business value chains, by promoting employability, providing services and strengthening active citizenship. In addition to the social impact, this collaboration can also respond to one of the major challenges facing today's labor market: the shortage of technical labor. By recognizing the productive and qualification potential that exists in the prison system, companies have the opportunity to access skills that are often undervalued - while at the same time contributing to the social and professional reintegration of people deprived of their liberty. During the session, the economic and social potential of the prison system will be presented, with an emphasis on the products and services that can be made available to companies and the general public. Ways of getting involved with a social impact will also be discussed, from hiring and direct collaboration to skills volunteering. This is an invitation to discover an ecosystem that is not very visible, but has great transformative potential - and to contribute to an economy that is more inclusive, sustainable and capable of responding to the challenges of the present.
