At a time when companies are seeking to generate value in a sustainable way and with a social impact, it is essential to rethink models of collaboration and inclusion. This webinar proposes a reflection on how the prison system can be integrated into business value chains, by promoting employability, providing services and strengthening active citizenship. In addition to the social impact, this collaboration can also respond to one of the major challenges facing today's labor market: the shortage of technical labor.
