What the Traffic Light reveals

Multidimensional Well-Being in Organizations: What the Traffic Light Reveals

Semáforo is a social diagnostic tool that allows a multidimensional reading of well-being, supporting organizations in understanding the living conditions of the people who work there and their families. By making visible weaknesses, resources and the potential for human flourishing, Semáforo contributes to more informed, responsible and people-centred organizational decisions. The purpose of this meeting is to present the Semáforo methodology and the main results of the Report, promoting a qualified reflection on the role of organizations as ecosystems of life and well-being.
