GRACE - Empresas Responsáveis is closely monitoring the current situation in some parts of the country, particularly in the district of Leiria, following the passage of the Kristin depression.

As is our understanding in these situations, GRACE recommends that all support and initiatives, in a disaster situation, should always be articulated and validated with ANEPC - Autoridade Nacional de Emergência e Proteção Civil (National Emergency and Civil Protection Authority) and with the organizations operating on the ground.

GRACE has been in contact with the main actors in the theater of operations and, in addition to the Portuguese Red Cross National Emergency FundWe have currently identified the following list of support requested by ANEPC:

* Generators (over 20 kVA);

* Plastic and/or tarpaulins (10 m x 15 m);

* Ropes and lashing straps;

* Starlink;

* Backhoe loaders;

* Bobcats;

* Dumpers (cargo trucks);

* Powerbanks (EcoFlow);

* Chainsaws and their consumables.
