So long, Luis!

GRACE - Empresas Responsáveis is deeply saddened to learn of the death of Luís Roberto, who served as GRACE Vice-President, representing BP, between 2012 and 2021.

Luís was much more than an association leader. He was a lucid, determined voice, genuinely committed to corporate sustainability and to transforming the role of companies in society. As Corporate Sustainability, ESG and Regeneration Senior Advisor, he always brought a strategic, demanding and humanist vision, which indelibly marked the work of GRACE and its entire community.

Over the years, it has stood out for its ability to mobilize, inspire and challenge organizations to go further - to integrate ESG principles not just as metrics, but as ethical commitment and intergenerational responsibility.

In her last LinkedIn post, dedicated to GRACE, she reaffirmed the importance of sustainability, corporate responsibility and the role of companies in building a fairer and more regenerative future. This testimony, which now takes on an even deeper meaning, reflects the coherence between what she defended and the way she lived her professional career.

His legacy will live on in the GRACE community and in all those who had the privilege of collaborating with him.
