Bora Jovens is a program created in 2021, in initial partnership with the NGO Help in Action and later complemented by Transformers Movementwith the aim of promoting the training and inclusion of young people who were not in education, training or the job market.
Since its launch, it has impacted more than 2,000 young people, offering development opportunities through three strands: continuous online training, with 30 hours of learning and professional integration; intensive "'Bora Youth On-Tour" trainings, which take the program to local institutions; and "'Bora Youth Hands-On" sessions, an intensive online format that expands the reach and diversity of participants.
